Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can transfer your ticket to a colleague or friend up to 14 days before the event start date (only if it is not a HAF ticket).
Please contact our registration team with the new attendee's full name, title, and email address to initiate the transfer.

Question 3

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a full refund up to 60 days before the event. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days will receive a 50% refund. 
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds within 30 days of the event, but you can still transfer your ticket. Virtual Passes are non-refundable.
